Before booking a party at Allo, please review our FAQs & Policies

 

Q1: What is the footwear policy at Allo Saratoga?

A: We operate a shoe-free venue to ensure a clean environment for our guests. We kindly ask that all attendees bring and wear their own socks. This applies to both adults and children.

Q2: Can I bring my own caterer or other vendors to the party?

A: As a full-service venue, we are pleased to provide catering, balloons, and other services for your party. However, if you'd like to bring outside vendors, there is a fee of $100 per vendor. Please note that this does not apply to the food or cake you bring for the celebration.

Q3: How is the final payment and gratuity handled?

A: The final payment is due on the day of the party. Please note that our party packages include an 18% gratuity added to the final bill.

Q4: How early can I arrive to settle into the party?

A: Hosts are welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes early to set up food or settle in.

Q5: What is the policy for staying after the party?

A: We ask that party hosts and guests depart no later than 15 minutes after the party has concluded. Late departures may be subject to a fee.

 

Q6: Can I bring my own decorations for the party?

A: Absolutely, you can drop off your decorations ahead of time for us to arrange. However, please note that decorations should not interfere with the existing space. Avoid using hooks, tape, or other items that could damage our venue and furniture rearrangement is not permitted.

Q7: What is the capacity of Allo Saratoga?

A: For the safety and comfort of all our guests, our venue can accommodate up to 30 people. If this limit is exceeded, there will be an additional fee of $20 per person, including adults.

Q8: What is the policy for deposits and rescheduling?

A: Party deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we are happy to reschedule your party due to illness or extreme weather.

Q9: What age group is most suitable for parties at Allo Saratoga?

A: Our venue and activities are most suited for children aged 0-3 years. We especially love hosting first birthday parties, which include a complimentary smash cake! We'd be happy to discuss suitable activities if you'd like to host a party for an older child. Costs for these additional supplies will be discussed and settled with the host.

Q10: Can we rent additional party items from Allo Saratoga?

A: Absolutely! We offer a selection of party decor, including balloons, for pickup. This is especially convenient if you are planning an outdoor party or a party at home. Our ball pit is also available for rent.

Q11: Is there a waiver I or my guests need to sign?

A: Yes, for the safety and well-being of everyone, all guests with children are required to sign a waiver upon arrival at our venue.

 

Q12: Can we exceed the 30-person limit if we are willing to pay the extra fee?

A: While we appreciate your understanding of the extra fee, our 30-person limit is firmly set due to safety regulations. We strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation. The additional fee is incase we get served a fine.
