Service Description

Led by birth and postpartum doula Christine Hernandez, this workshop covers a wide range of topics including newborn care essentials, breastfeeding support, postpartum recovery, and emotional well-being. Participants will learn practical techniques for diapering, bathing, and soothing their newborn, as well as gain valuable insights into establishing a successful breastfeeding journey. With a focus on postpartum care, attendees will also receive guidance on self-care, managing sleep deprivation, and accessing support networks.
